Customer data that finally adds up

One profile per person, from every system that knows them, ready for your teams to act on.

Let's talk

One customer view, built to be used

Your customer data sits in a webshop, a CRM, an email tool and a few spreadsheets. Each holds part of the truth, and none of them agree.

  • Implementation and integration

We connect CRM, e-commerce, service and marketing tools so data flows both ways, not just into a dashboard.

    1. CRM
    2. Webshop
    3. Service desk
    4. Email platform
    5. App
  • Identity resolution

We stitch anonymous and known behaviour into one profile per person, across devices, channels and shops.

  • Audience and segmentation design

We build audiences your marketers can create themselves, without a ticket to IT for every campaign.

  • Data modelling and architecture

We design a data model that matches how your business actually works, so segmentation stays simple two years from now.

  • CDP selection and business case

We help you choose a platform that fits your data, your team and your budget. If you do not need one yet, we say so.

  • Governance, consent and data quality

We set the rules for ownership, consent and quality, so the platform is still trustworthy long after go-live.

    • Clear ownership
    • Consent per channel
    • Quality checks
    • Documented model

Core builds

Built for activation. Designed to hold up.

The single customer view

One profile per person, fed by every system that knows something about them. Purchases, browsing, service contacts, consent and channel preference in one place, structured so a marketer can use it without a data analyst standing by.

What it includes

  • Identity stitching
  • Consent and preferences
  • One profile

Real-time audience activation

A profile is only worth what you do with it. We push audiences into your automation, advertising and personalisation tools in real time, and back again, so behaviour in one channel changes what happens in the next.

What it includes

  • Automation
  • Advertising
  • On-site personalisation

Migration and consolidation

Most CDP projects are really clean-up projects. We map what you have, decide what is worth moving, and migrate it without the data loss, delay and cost that make teams underestimate migrations in the first place.

What it includes

  • Data audit
  • Clean-up
  • Migration

Deep platform expertise

We pick the platform that fits your data and team. Sometimes the answer is: not yet.

  • Adobe
  • Bloomreach

Friendly asked questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

What is a customer data platform?

A customer data platform is software that collects customer data from all your systems, resolves it into one profile per person, and makes those profiles available to other tools in real time. Unlike a CRM, it handles anonymous and behavioural data as well as known contacts. Unlike a data warehouse, it is built for marketers to activate, not only for analysts to query.

What is the difference between a CDP and a CRM?

A CRM records the relationship you manage: contacts, deals, tickets, conversations. A CDP records the behaviour you observe: every visit, click, purchase and email interaction, tied to the same person even before they identify themselves. Most companies need both. The CDP usually becomes the layer that feeds the CRM, the automation platform and the website, rather than replacing any of them.

Do we need a CDP, or better use of what we already have?

Often the second one. If your automation platform already holds most of your customer data and you have one or two source systems, buying a CDP adds licence cost and a project you do not need yet. We look at your stack first. A CDP earns its place when data is genuinely fragmented, when you need real-time activation, or when identity across channels is the actual blocker.

How long does a CDP implementation take?

The first useful version usually lands in a few months, not a few weeks. We work in phases: connect the two or three sources that cover most of your customers, get one activation use case live, then extend. Teams that try to connect everything before launching anything tend to spend a year building and still have nothing running.

Who owns the CDP after go-live, marketing or IT?

Both, with a clear split. IT owns the pipelines, security and integrations. Marketing owns the audiences, the definitions and the use cases. What breaks projects is leaving that undecided, so we write it down during implementation and train both sides. We can stay on for support afterwards, but the goal is that you do not need us for daily work.
