Analytics you can actually act on

Clean tracking, a data layer that survives your next release, and reporting tied to real business questions.

Let's talk

We make behaviour measurable, and measurement useful

Most teams have plenty of dashboards and very little clarity. We build measurement that holds up, then use it to improve what happens next.

  • Measurement plans and KPIs

We define what to measure and why, so every report ties back to a business question someone is asking out loud.

    1. Business question
    2. KPI
    3. Event
    4. Report
  • Data quality monitoring

We watch for gaps, duplicates and broken events, and flag them before they end up in a board deck.

  • Consent and privacy configuration

We configure consent so you keep the data you are allowed to collect, and know exactly what you are missing.

  • Reporting that leads to action

We turn analysis into next steps: audiences to target, journeys to fix, pages to rebuild.

  • Tracking implementation and audits

We set up and check GA4, event tracking and server-side tagging, so what you measure matches what actually happens on your site.

  • Tag management and data layer

We design a data layer and tag structure that stays stable when your site changes, instead of breaking quietly.

    • Documented data layer
    • Events fire once
    • Server-side tagging
    • Survives releases

Core setups we build

Built for decisions. Designed to last.

Measurement plan and KPI framework

Before a single tag goes live, we agree on what matters. Business questions first, then the events, dimensions and reports needed to answer them. It keeps your setup small, deliberate and readable by someone who did not build it.

What it includes

  • Business questions
  • Event plan
  • KPI definitions

Tracking and data layer rebuild

Most setups grew by accident, one campaign at a time. We rebuild the data layer and tag structure so events fire once, fire consistently, and survive your next website release.

What it includes

  • Data layer
  • Tag structure
  • Release-proof events

Consent-proof measurement

Consent costs you data, but far less than a broken setup does. We configure consent mode, server-side tagging and modelling so you keep what you are entitled to and can explain the rest.

What it includes

  • Consent mode
  • Server-side tagging
  • Modelling

Deep platform expertise

GA4 and Tag Manager for most setups, Adobe where your stack calls for it.

Friendly asked questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

What does a good analytics setup actually include?

Four things: a measurement plan that says what you track and why, a data layer that gives every event the same structure, a consent setup that is correct and documented, and reporting built around decisions rather than traffic. Miss one and the other three get less reliable over time. Most audits we run find the plan missing and the data layer improvised.

We already have GA4. Why would we need help?

Because GA4 being installed and GA4 being correct are two different things. The usual findings: duplicate events, purchase values that do not match the webshop, consent blocking more than it needs to, and no one who can say what a given metric means. We check the setup against reality first, so you know what your data is worth before you act on it.

How does analytics connect to marketing automation?

Behaviour on your site is the trigger for almost everything you send. Browse abandonment, product interest, reactivation timing and content preference all start as tracked events. If those events are unreliable, your journeys fire at the wrong moment or not at all. We build the measurement layer with activation in mind, so analytics feeds your automation platform instead of sitting beside it.

Can you fix tracking without touching our website?

Often, yes. A lot can be corrected in the tag manager and in server-side configuration. Some things cannot: a data layer that does not expose the right values needs a developer. We tell you upfront which fixes are ours and which need your build partner, and we brief them directly so it does not become your problem to translate.

Do you also do the reporting, or just the setup?

Both. We build the dashboards, and we sit with the people who use them until they no longer need us to explain what they are looking at. If you would rather keep reporting in house, we set up the structure and train your team. Knowledge transfer is part of the work, not an upsell.

Ready to trust your numbers again?

Broken, drifting or never questioned: we'll tell you honestly what your data is worth today.
